Important Changes
Department of Water Resources will be changing to a new
payment processor for online bills. Your
online account information will transfer to the new processor with the
exception of “Your Saved Payment Methods”.
After the transition, you will be required to re-save your payment
method and reinstate your autopay.
This transition will take place on Tuesday, June 28,
2022. After the transition, you will
receive an email from [email protected]
requesting that you update your payment information. Please follow the instructions within this
email to reinstate your autopay.
